This privacy policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy") stipulates how your ("User's") personal information is collected by us ("Heartbit") and ultimately protected. Your access to and usage of our services at Heartbit Platform is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
AS USERS OF OUR SERVICES AND SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION UPON REGISTERING AT OUR PLATFORM, YOU ARE HEREBY BOUND TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED IT, AND ALSO THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE COLLECTION, USAGE AND SHARING OF THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY. DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES ON HEARTBIT PLATFORM IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AS IT WILL ENTAIL SUBMITTING TO US YOUR INFORMATION. IN USING HEARTBIT PLATFORM ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE OR SOME ENTITY OTHER THAN YOURSELF YOU ARE DECLARING THAT YOU HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED BY THAT PERSON OR ENTITY TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USAGE AND SHARING OF THEIR INFORMATION AS OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
1. The Collection and Use of Information
1.1. The services provided by Heartbit on Heartbit Platform can fulfill your needs in the best possible manner when certain personal information becomes available. You hereby consent to the collection and usage of information that identifies you, including but not limited to the following:
(i) e-mail and Pseudonym
(ii) Accumulated User Data;
(iii) Social and Demographic Data;
(iv) Other Information in text or imagery form
1.2. In the process of providing you with our services, some of the information required of you may be more sensitive, including but not limited to:

(ii) State of Mind and Mental Health;
(iii) Gender Role and Sexual Orientation;
(iv) Details of Physique

2. Privacy Statements
2.1. User's access to and use of Heartbit Platform is conditional upon User’s acceptance of Terms of Use as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.2. The submission of personal and sensitive personal data is and is declared voluntary by User, with express assent for sensitive personal data.
2.3. Heartbit collects and uses personal information in order to:

(ii) Identify Users
(iii) Suggest suitable services
(iv) Suggest suitable products
(v) Analyze User patterns to improve services

(vii) Process payment
2.4. You agree to absolve Heartbit from, and indemnify Heartbit against, all claims that may arise from participation in services provided by third parties that may require your personal information.
2.5. When you provide us with personal information, you are declaring that the information provided to us is correct and complete, at the same time declaring that in the event of any change in the information at a later date, you are responsible for notifying us promptly of such changes by updating the information.
2.6. If Heartbit determines that you have provided information that is in any way fraudulent, inaccurate or incomplete, Heartbit reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to Heartbit Platform through any of your accounts at Heartbit Platform.
2.7. Should your User Account become deactivated through your decision or the withdrawal of your right to access and use Heartbit Platform, we delete Personal Data stored with regards to yourself in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable statutory provisions.
2.8. Heartbit's rights to use personal information in De-identified form, however, remain unaffected by the termination of the contractual relationship.
2.9. User’s cryptocurrency wallet address may be included in the personal information that may be required by Heartbit to process User's payment, particularly when User wishes to transfer a bounty bonus to Health Companion, on Heartbit Platform.
2.10. Heartbit automatically collects the URL from which a User visits and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of User’s computer, along with other User patterns and information regarding servers, temporary cookies and browsers. Information that can be used to personally identify Users is NOT disclosed to any third party. These details may, however, be used in their anonymized form to analyze visitor and User trends, to be used for the improvement of our services and business outlook.
2.11. Access to all the functionality of Heartbit Platform requires the creation of User Account, which needs personal information including email address. Other optional information will be required for more customized services.
2.12. Heartbit has no intention to sell or rent out your contact information to a third party without your consent.
2.13. Heartbit protects the personal data it has collected from unauthorized access and use. You are responsible, however, for the protection of your activities including your login information on your own electronic devices. Heartbit is not liable for any loss or damages incurred by the User.
2.14. Heartbit takes a serious view of your privacy, and will not disclose your personal information save in the event it becomes mandatory by law, law enforcement, regulations, or to protect the rights and property of others.
3. USERS NOTE
3.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all Users, and all Users must therefore undertake to read, understand and accept the statements set out herein, prior to submitting any personal information to Heartbit.
3.2. If you have made any unintended submission of information to Heartbit before proceeding to read this Privacy Policy, you should make use of options on Heartbit Platform to delete such information. You may also send an email to contact@heartbit.io and inquire whether Heartbit is still in possession of your personal information, and if so, require Heartbit to destroy all such information.
3.3. Information that does not and cannot be used to personally identify User is collected by Heartbit and is exclusively owned by Heartbit. Heartbit may disclose or sell such information for demographic, statistical and business purposes. In particular, with such anonymized information Heartbit may seek the following:
(i) Interface and Product Design Improvement
(ii) Research and Development
(iii) Plans for commercial product and deal offers
(iv) Commercial Use in conjunction with Third Parties
3.4. Heartbit may carry out surveys, optional and/or anonymous. Your feedback (hereinafter, "Feedback") will be put to use in compliance with the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy and any other applicable laws at all times.
3.5. All who have access to data on Heartbit, including employees, are obligated to respect and protect personal and sensitive personal information. Heartbit has adopted sound and effective procedures in accordance with the applicable laws, to keep secure all personal data, from its collection to its destruction. All third parties that may be involved in the transfer of personal information must comply with our policies.
3.6. In the case of reorganization of Heartbit, personal and other information may be transferred to the entity with rights to Heartbit's assets, but always in accordance with our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
3.7. To the extent necessary, Heartbit may provide information to third party contractors working on behalf of Heartbit, for instance to aid communication and support, or process payment. Such third parties may use such information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users should consent to such third party contractors accessing necessary information, solely for their intended purposes.
4. Confidentiality and Security
4.1. Your personal information is kept by Heartbit in electronic form. Such information may also be converted to physical form when required. Heartbit has in place the necessary technical, operational and physical measures to ensure the safekeeping of all data.
4.2. No person at Heartbit, regardless of position, will have knowledge of Users' password. Heartbit does not assume any liability for any unauthorized use of your account and password on your part. Should any suspicion arise that your User Account may be less than safe, you agree to inform us immediately by emailing contact@heartbit.io. You shall agree to absolve Heartbit from and indemnify Heartbit against all claims that may arise due to any loss suffered by such unauthorized use of your account and password.
4.3. Heartbit makes User information accessible to its employees and partners only when strictly necessary, with confidentiality obligations where and when needed.
4.4. Due to the nature of its services Heartbit may retain and submit medical information to authorities when required.
4.5. Heartbit also assists patients to access appropriate information. Heartbit may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to patients or to their doctors when relevant.
4.6. Notwithstanding the above clauses, Heartbit is not to be held responsible for the breach of confidentiality of your personal Information by our partners and third parties beyond the scope of our agreement with them or beyond reasonable control of Heartbit in inadvertent cases including but not limited to accidents, hackings or poor management by Users, etc.
5. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may become subjected to changes or updates when deemed necessary, with no obligatory notice in advance. If you find any changes or modifications to our terms objectionable, you may contact contact@heartbit.io to deactivate your account. If, after a notice has been made about changes, User continues to use Heartbit Platform, User thereby provides their consent to the new version of this Privacy Policy.
6. Children and Minors
Heartbit advises guardians of children and minors to guide them away from using internet services without parental permission. Although Heartbit Platform is not intended for children and minors, Heartbit respects their privacy in case of their inadvertent viewing or using any part of its services.
